I received a request for a sign language interpreter. What do I do next?

To request a sign language interpreter, visit our homepage and select “Request an Interpreter.” Complete the form with the event date, time, location, and preferred communication method. After submission, the request will be reviewed. You will be contacted to confirm availability and next steps.

Payment terms require invoices to be submitted to the client dashboard within 30 days. Insurance coverage for sign language interpreter services is accepted. Interpreter services are covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Associated costs may be eligible for tax deduction.

Events lasting two hours or more require two interpreters. Interpreters rotate every 15–20 minutes to maintain accuracy and reduce fatigue. Each request is assessed to determine appropriate interpreter coverage and ensure effective communication access.
